IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR PENDING FLOWER ORDER:
Due to seasonal/local availabilities, substitutions may be necessary; we will always use comparable flowers if the need arises without your consultation. If this is unsatisfactory, please state so when placing order.
Once flowers are delivered, we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage after they have been delivered. Flowers should be kept away from heat sources/ electronics/ windows, etc., and water changed daily for optimum life.
Please take caution to keep flowers and plants from small children and animals, as some species can be toxic and/or poisonous.
If the recipient has allergies to any component necessary to fulfill an order, WE MUST BE ADVISED! i.e. peanuts in a gift basket or allergic to lilies, etc.
Deliveries cannot be made for exact times, but we make every effort to deliver in time windows if specified. Rush deliveries incur an extra charge of $5.
Please include gate codes or other pertinent information for gated or special location deliveries.
We try to call in advance to home/apartment deliveries. If no one is home, a note will be left and flowers will be returned to the shop for retrieval by recipient. They can be redelivered but an additional fee will be charged to the sender.
Please note that flowers to hospitals cannot be delivered to intensive care/ surgical/ post op patient holding areas. We can deliver once they are in regular rooms.
No refunds will be issued to senders unless due to shop error; flowers will be replaced if in unsatisfactory condition within 24 of delivery as determined by shop.

- Be sure to ask about cut off times for design and delivery. Some unique flower varieties may require 3 to 7 days lead time to ensure that they are available on the day that you need them.
